Job seekers are getting fraustrated about being evaluated by AI-powered platforms. However, job seekers must admit that AI-powered technologies will be used in their hiring process. Therefore, job seekers should understand how the algorithms that evaluate the job seekers themselves, and the job seekers ought to utilize AI tools to prepare resume and job interview. Before I read this article, I didn't know that there was automated applicant tracking system(ATS) in many companies that filters job applicants' ability by going through the resume that job applicant write.
